For many years, Sonja has been supporting people as a designer,
spaceholder, facilitator, mediator, friend and mother — accompanying
them through the personal and the collective, knowing one is always held
within the other. Through her authentic presence, she creates nourishing
and held spaces that support participants in unfolding into feeling and
action at their own pace and depth.
Her qualities as a spaceholder are rooted in her deep understanding of
what it means to be human, transformation and permaculture design,
conflict and communication research, somatic embodiment and dance,
kinship with nature, earthy spirituality, playful delight in life, and a
humorous beginner's mind.
